Grown at 1,960 masl, the coffee is washed and undergoes a double anaerobic fermentation, followed by dehumidifier drying, stabilization, and cool storage. Blossoms and caramel open the cup, followed by pomarrosa, a fruit character that sits somewhere between floral, crisp, and gently sweet. Lactic acidity gives the profile a soft, rounded structure, while the creamy body carries into a prolonged rose tea finish.
