HealthHQ Radiant Mini Outdoor Full Spectrum Sauna

HealthHQ Radiant Mini Outdoor Full Spectrum SaunaFull spectrum infrared for two, sized for the deck, courtyard or a quiet corner of the garden. The Radiant Mini gives you near, mid and far infrared in a compact outdoor sauna made for one or two people. It’s a great fit for couples, small households, or anyone who wants a daily sauna habit without giving up half the backyard. Why full spectrum?A traditional sauna heats the air around you, with the experience being solely due to the temperate. Whereas in the infrared, the main factor causing you to sweat is not the temperature but the Infrared heaters warming you directly via far infrared wavelength. Being a lot gentler while promoting additional detoxification benefits.Full spectrum combines three wavelengths: Near infrared: The shortest wavelength, felt as a light, gentle warmth on the skin. This is the same wavelength as red-light therapy, supporting skin health and repair Mid infrared: Middle wavelength, which reduces tension and stiffness and supports circulation and recovery. Ideal for loosening up and recovering after exercise or a long day Far infrared: The deep, enveloping heat infrared saunas are known for. This is the only wavelength that gradually raises your core temperature for a deep, cleansing sweat; supporting with detoxification, simulating anaerobic exercise, and turning on mechanisms in the body for many other benefits. Why You’ll Love the Radiant Mini Protective Aluminium Outside: Powder-coated aluminium handles the New Zealand weather with almost no upkeep, so you spend your time using it rather than looking after it Natural Timber Interior: Canadian Hemlock as standard, or upgrade to knotless red cedar and the first thing you’ll notice when you step inside is the scent of real cedar Quality Glass: Natural light and a view of the garden or the sky make the space feel open rather than boxed in. The glass is strong and tempered for peace of mind, coming in options of natural, tinted, or mirrored LED Lighting: Choose calm blues for a wind-down after work or warmer tones for a slow Sunday morning.
