The No.410 Raglan is a classic style jacket that has been around size the 1960's. The body is straight cut but the elastic will cinch in the waist. The fit and sleeve of a Raglan sleeve is to create a wider underarm area allowing additional space when wearing bulky layers. The sleeve starts at the collar of the jacket and there is no shoulder seam, so it is a more comfortable fit in the upper chest/shoulders. We use the absolute best, US milled 100% wool knit elastic for the waistband and cuffs for durability and longevity. The body is lined with a 100% cotton ripstop fabric in a comfortable but durable 5oz. weight and then finished with a solid-brass #10 Ykk USA zipper. "MILWAUKEE TEACORE" BISON | US Tanned American Bison Tanned in Milwaukee, WI from a 3.5oz. genuine American Bison in a deep brown "Teacore" distressed finish, our Milwaukee Teacore Bison leather is a unique, "vintage" inspired tannage. The term "Teacore" refers to the underlying "crust" color of the hide being a lighter brown with a dark brown or black surface. The intention of a "Teacore" finish is for the leather to "ruboff" or patina with the lighter color coming up over the years. It has a worn-in "Vintage" appearance with the seams and edges of the leather worn with the underlying lighter brown. The jacket will come delivered with some ruboff on the shoulders, collar cuffs and other seams. As the jacket is worn, the natural patina of the leather will ruboff in different sections giving it a unique worn and truly "vintage" look.
