Our Madagascan 1/2 Fold Vanilla Extract is made using Madagascan Bourbon vanilla beans which are cultivated on the Bourbon Island of Madagascar. We originally developed this recipe due to the ever-increasing price of Vanilla beans and wanted to be able to provide a more affordable option to our customers. It is made using our Award Winning 1 Fold Vanilla Extract as a base and then reduced in strength. The resulting product is a hugely popular extract that is versatile and can be used in many ways. It has a wonderful vanilla flavour and aroma at a great price.
