How to use Use to help prevent or soothe nappy rash, soften cradle cap, & soothe minor skin irritations. Apply a thin layer to clean dry skin regularly at nappy changes. Skin irritation - apply to affected area at least 2-3 times a day. Cradle cap - apply balm several times a day to soften scales.
