The G6402-03 retrofit kit may be suitable when replacing an older spa control system, provided the connected equipment and installation requirements match the BP100G2’s supported configurations. Before ordering, check: Existing system: model and part number on the control-box label. Pumps: number of pumps, voltage, speeds, and current draw. Accessories: circulation pump, ozone, lighting, and other connected equipment. Physical fit: mounting space and heater plumbing alignment. Keypad opening: TP200T dimensions compared with your existing cutout. Existing equipment cords, plumbing, or the keypad opening may require modification.
