It adds a reflective surface and helps protect your work from dirt and handling. Glossy finish: Creates an even, reflective surface. Added protection: Helps keep dirt away from your painted layer. Dries clear: Leaves your colours visible beneath a permanent coating. How to use Let your acrylic paint dry fully - 72 hours to 2 weeks, depending on thickness. Stir the varnish gently without shaking or adding water. Apply up to 3 thin coats with a soft, flat brush, allowing at least 24 hours between coats. Use long, even strokes and avoid brushing repeatedly over drying areas. For glow artwork: Apply over finished glow acrylic paint, not into the mixture. Test a small area and check the finish and glow once dry. This varnish is permanent.
