The purple border is detailed with Bandha and rudraksha motifs, while purple temple motifs run alongside, adding definition to the weave. The beautiful Bandha aanchal takes the detailing further with an assortment of floral and other motifs in varied sizes and forms, creating a richly composed finish. A very faint colour bleed is present near the aanchal. The interplay of the delicate bluish mauve body with deeper purple makes the saree particularly distinctive.
