These handmade kahurangi pounamu earrings are made by Aroha Te Kahika, also known as Changing Tides. Aroha Te Kahika is a Ngai Tahu artisan carver based in Waimārama, Hawke's Bay. He collects all his stones in Te Waipounamu the South Island and blesses each one. These beautiful Taonga Pounamu are hand-carved in a variety of shapes inspired by the ngahere (forest) and the moana (ocean). 50 x 7 mm Sizes vary slightly as each piece is hand-carved. Handmade in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
