OLMAN SAUCEDA NUEVA SEGOVIA, NICARAGUA Green Apple, Walnut, Turbinado Sugar Since 2018, we’ve proudly sourced exceptional coffees from our friend Olman Sauceda. Elite is one of the first two we’re releasing from his farm, Finca Elite, this season. Elite is a classic Central American washed process coffee, a blend of Catuai and Bourbon varieties. Smooth, rich, and approachable, it presents a sweetness of green apple, a walnut depth, and an anchoring throughline of turbinado sugar. Finca Elite is a family-run farm known for adapting unique varieties like Chiroso, Orange Geisha, Sidra, and Pink Bourbon to Nicaragua’s climate — work that earned them First Place in the 2025 Nicaragua Cup of Excellence.
