Course description The Renter's Rights' Act 2025 has had significant changes for the rental sector. However, not all social housing reforms are not all live at the same time. Reforms affecting the private rented sector came into effect on 1 May 2026. For most housing association assured tenancies in the social housing sector, the tenancy reforms will take effect from October 2027. Until then, many providers continue under the old rules.
