Skate-Tec M-Wave Short Track Blade (Cups Not Included)
Cups are NOT included. They're sold separately as an add-on: Skate-Tec Cups Set. The bridge is NOT included. It's sold separately as an add-on: Skate-Tec M-Wave / ATTAQ Bridge. Ships from the Netherlands with duties prepaid, so there are no surprises at your door. The M-Wave is Skate-Tec's most popular blade. Raised cups keep your boot off the ice when you lean harder, and M-shaped forks spread the load along the tube so stiffness stays even from tip to tail. We recommend it for club through elite short track skaters who need stable, high-speed corners.Flex vs. Firm Flex: thinner near the blade for a more dynamic bend. Default cup height is about +3 mm over a common Nagano-style baseline. Typical for lighter or more mobile skaters. Firm: more material at the base to hold the bend under higher force. Default about +5 mm. Typical for heavier or high-pressure skaters. Specifications Tube 7000-series anodized aluminum, ~65 mm class Runner 1.1 mm, 62 HRC powder metal or bimetal (Firm is powder metal) Bend Pre-bent, continuous ~25 m radius; not factory-rockered Cups NOT included; sold separately as an add-on (Cups Set) Bridge NOT included; sold separately as an add-on (M-Wave / ATTAQ Bridge) Lengths 17", 17.5", 18" Rockering: these blades arrive pre-bent but not rockered. Add our optional CBC rockering service ($50, sharpening and tip rounding included) at checkout, and we'll have your blades rockered in the Netherlands before they ship.
