16″ ‘Calming’ Reindeer Shamanic Drum & Amethyst

This is a 16-inch shamanic drum made from Reindeer rawhide with a amethyst crystal in the handle, bringing with it the energy of calming. This drum is made from Reindeer hide and the hoop is English Ash waxed with bees wax from rescued bees. The tension ring is wrapped in a suede and the fluffy fabric finishes off the handle so that it is really comfortable to hold. There are three tiny holes in the face of this drum, caused by insect bites or small injuries during the animal’s life. Sometimes referred to as ‘whistling holes’, they add to the unique character and story of the hide and don’t affect the performance or integrity of the drum. The Amethyst crystal promotes calm, balance and peace, helping to still thoughts and clear away any negativity which has arisen through stress and anxiety.
