Both plug into 220V single-phase, so no hardwired install if your cellar already has the outlet. Standard on/off thermostat, with Chiller Watch monitoring available as an option. Expand to a BFT-67 reservoir when the hall grows. Standard 3/8 inch barb connections. Low-GWP R513a refrigerant.
