Fender American Professional Jazz Bass Guitar, RW FB, Oxblood

The American Professional Jazzmaster® draws from more than sixty years of innovation, inspiration and evolution to meet the demands of today's working player.Fender's popular Deep "C" neck sports smooth rolled fingerboard edges, a "Super-Natural" satin finish and a newly sculpted neck heel for a supremely comfortable feel and easy access to the upper register. New V-Mod III Jazzmaster single-coil pickups are more articulate than ever while delivering the sparkle and chime the Jazzmaster is known for. The bridge pickup has a tap function that allows both a powerful, throaty sound or a lower-output vintage sound. At the flip of a switch, the rhythm circuit puts both pickups in series for a thicker tone with increased output, controlled by independent volume and tone roller pots. From classic Jazzmaster warble to Deep, Strat-style dives, the Panorama™ Tremolo system with pop-in arm puts the full range of expressive vibrato at your fingertips — while the ClassicGear™ J-Bridge keeps every note locked in with superior intonation, stability and tone. The American Pro Jazzmaster delivers instant familiarity and sonic versatility you'll feel and hear right away, with broad-ranging improvements that add up to nothing less than a new standard for professional instruments.Specifications: Body Shape: Jazz Bass® Body Material: Alder Body Finish: Polyurethane Neck Profile: Slim "C" Fretboard Material: Rosewood Fretboard Radius: 9.5" (241 mm) Scale Length: 34" (864 mm) No. of Frets: 20 Narrow Tall Frets Fretboard Inlays: White Dot Inlays Pickups: V-Mod III Single-Coil Jazz Bass® (Bridge), V-Mod III Single-Coil Jazz Bass® (Neck) Bridge: 4-Saddle HiMass™ Pro (String-Through-Body or Top-Load) Pickguard: 3-Ply Black Strings: Fender® USA 7250M Nickel Plated Steel (.045-.105 Gauges), PN 0737250406 Tuning Machines: Fender® Lightweight Vintage-Style with Tapered Shafts Hardware Finish: Nickel/Chrome Case: Deluxe Moulded Case
