Kiwi Fruit, Blood Orange, Honey This single origin from El Salvador is grown by second-generation farmer Jose Enrique Gutierrez at Finca El Limo, proof that the country's specialty scene is only getting better. It's an anaerobic natural lot: kiwi fruit and blood orange arrive first, a syrupy body carries them through, and honey sweetness lingers on the finish. Works beautifully as a pour-over or espresso. Clean, adventurous and full of character.
