As a split system, the condensing unit is installed away from the evaporator to move noise and heat out of interior living spaces, and it can be ducted to indoor or outdoor environments across extreme temperature conditions ranging from -20°F to 110°F. The evaporator remains located inside the cellar and cannot be ducted from a remote location. This unit includes energy-efficient independent variable-speed EC fans with a low setting for quieter operation and a high setting for maximum power.
