Sandwich loaf

A new beautiful everyday loaf. Soft and easy with a healthier approach - lower on honey and just a bit of olive oil and milk for the softness in the crumb. Perfect for toasts and sandwiches but a great meal companion as well. Topped with with some oat and wheat bran for a bit of crunch. Ingredients: organic wheat and wholewheat, sourdough, local raw honey and olive oil, water, salt. For allergens see ingredients in bold. Tangzhong is the method followed to make a paste of flour slow cooked in water or milk which causes the starch to galatinize and hold moisture when baked. This improves the texture of bread by adding softness.
