Bosch Motorsport ABS kit is a race-spec anti-lock braking system pulled from Bosch's competition line (the M4/M5 ECU family being the common ones you'll see in club and pro-level builds). What it is: A standalone ABS controller and hydraulic modulator designed for track and competition use — distinct from a stock road-car ABS unit because it's tunable, lightweight, and built to handle the higher brake pressures and faster wheel-speed changes seen in racing. Key benefits Adjustable intervention — 9 pre set ABS maps/levels so a driver (or team) can dial in how aggressive the system intervenes, from near-off for experienced drivers to more assistance for less experienced ones. 2 slots for custom configurations as needed. Wheel speed sensor integration — Works off dedicated wheel speed sensors (often paired with the car's existing sensors or new motorsport-spec ones) for precise slip detection. Requires Yellow pig tail GM ZR1 or C7 bearing with the active wheel speed sensor. Weight-conscious — Significantly lighter than an OEM ABS module, which matters for a time attack or road racing build Configurable via software — requires Bosch's MSA communication box to set thresholds, wheel and tire data, and specific chassis data.
