Cinnamon Toast - Decaf

Cinnamon Toast - Decaf is our first Mountain Water Process decaf that we have offered. Mountain Water Process (MWP) is a decaffeination unique to Mexico that uses glacial water from an active volcano/mountain (hence the name) to rinse and re-soak the green beans, allowing for both a thorough decaffeination and re-absorption of the beans original flavours. MWP is considered to be the "healthiest" method of decaffeination, however that is not an conversation we are looking to wade into... Cinnamon Toast - Decaf is a chocolate and caramel forward coffee that is balanced with notes of red fruit and prunes. This coffee works great on brewing methods, whether as a more traditional shot of espresso, a bowl of soup, or a lovely pourover.
