I am not sure if these have a technical name, but they go to the top of the door, above the window and trim, and fit into a cut out in the roof. I attached a picture I found online to show them, the rear is circled but this is a set of the front and rear left door toppers. These are in pretty good shape for their age; there is some surface rust and may need some TLC prior to installation, definitely paint if nothing else. I believe this may also fit the Fleetwood 9 Passenger Sedan as well, but please do your research to ensure fitment. Please view pictures with care; comes as shown with only what is shown.
