Kitsby x Tsingtao: Mooncake Making + Beer Pairing Workshop

A box of handmade mooncakes, a cold beer, and good company. We're teaming up with Tsingtao for a Mid-Autumn evening of mooncake making. You'll make mooncakes with the traditional Cantonese-style crust and rich white lotus paste filling, from our award-winning All Star Mooncake Set recipe from 2022. Then we'll pair every bite with beer from Tsingtao (or sip on a cold one while you fold, seal, and stamp!). So crack a beer with us and bring a little Mid-Autumn magic home with you. 21+. *The lotus paste contains peanut oil. Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts!
