the cult favorite is back. only 200 bags available! inspired by my go-to drink when working the line for Iron Chef Ming Tsai at Blue Ginger (RIP!): coffee with a scoop of cardamom ice cream. sweet vanilla mallow balanced with an extra-strong cup of coffee and zesty cardamom. there's a niche in-group that's perpetually lying in wait for me to bring it back. (hi, you!) Size: Bag of 10 handcut ~1.25x1.25" marshmallows Ingredients: Sugar, golden syrup, light corn syrup, coffee, gelatin, vanilla, cardamom, salt Storage: Cool, dark, and dry! Sunlight, air, and heat are the enemies of the marshmallows. In a pantry they're best within 4 months. Freeze for up to a year (just let them come back to room temperature before enjoying for maximum floofiness!)
