The Big Kid Paint Class

Due to high demand, we are excited to announce our paint classes for the year 2027 and hope you can join us. Taught by Bryce Green, owner and creator of Big Kid Blocks and former TV personality on Bitchin’ Rides. This is a great class for beginners and pros regardless of your experience. Whether you spray daily or have never sprayed at all, we promise you will leave our class feeling comfortable and confident in your ability to paint. So come join us for a two-day class, Friday & Saturday 9:00AM to 5:00PM, where we'll teach you the ins and outs of our process to achieve award winning paint jobs. Participation is voluntary, and you are encouraged to work within your own limits at all times. Health & Safety You confirm that you are physically able to participate and will inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to the class. If discomfort or pain occurs, you agree to stop immediately. Assumption of Risk You understand that body work involves inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for any injury, soreness, or physical reaction that may occur. Release of Liability You release and hold harmless Big Kid Custom Rides, its owners, instructors, employees, and contractors from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant at our discretion for safety concerns, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow instructions. Removal does not entitle the participant to a refund. Refund Policy Cancellations made more than 6 weeks prior to the class start date will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 6 and 4 weeks prior to the class start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 4 weeks of the class start date. Photo & Video Release You grant Big Kid Empire permission to photograph and record you during the class. You agree that these images and recordings may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, and advertising materials. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content and understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of your likeness. Minors & Parental Responsibility There is no age restriction for this class. Minors may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By purchasing on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to assume full responsibility for the minor’s participation, behavior, safety, health conditions, and use of appropriate personal protective equipment. The parent or legal guardian further agrees to release and hold harmless Big Kid Empire, its owners, instructors, employees, and contractors from any claims arising from the minor’s participation. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, Liability Waiver, and Media Release.
