Rabbiosa Vecchio Vitigno still white wine

Old native vine of a grape unknown to most, a variety practically extinct since the end of 1800, revalued and reproduced by the Colmello agricultural company. Bottling 12 months after the harvest. With an intense yellow colour, it is enveloping in the mouth, well-balanced, mineral and savoury with good persistence and a light tannin on the finish. A light caramel flavour is perceived and the typical acidity of this grape is smoothed out thanks to the correct ripening of the grapes. Fruity sensations of orange jam and exotic fruits such as pineapple, mango and banana prevail. Notes of may hay, mint and marjoram can be perceived. Structured, savoury and pleasantly acidic.
