Sardines in tomato sauce

The sardines are the best ones, sourced from Matosinhos fish market first thing and canned the same day along with Pinhais’s famous, secret-recipe tomato sauce. Now over a century old, the cannery still keeps every step of its artisanal process in house, which makes for rigorous quality control.
