Freixenet Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Brut

Freixenet Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Brut is a non-vintage offering produced in the Penedès DO of Spain. The grapes are squeezed, fermented and filtrated to obtain a 10% abv wine. The alcohol is then removed by vacuum distillation at 40˚Celsius. Then the fining and filtration occur. C02 and SO2 are adjusted. Before bottling, there is a cold sterile filtration. 750 ml and < 0.5% ABV. Flavor profile: Refreshing tropical notes and elegant citrus hints. Lively, fruity, and especially refreshing. It fills the mouth, and expresses the good quality of the base wine. The very well balanced acidity and the medium size bubbles produce a very pleasant mouth feel.
