Hand-dyed Suri Alpaca

Hand-dyed on a base of soft suri alpaca fluff by Claire from her home in Aberdeenshire. Claire achieves vivid colours and beautiful variegated colourways that are inspired by art and the Scottish countryside. The yarn is a laceweight blend of 74% Baby Suri Alpaca and 26 % Mulberry Silk The yarn has been rinsed until the water runs clear, however some bleeding MAY occur and handwashing in a lukewarm solution with wool detergent would be recommended. Do not soak or wring. Do not tumble dry.
