Dried Horn of Plenty (Trompettes) Mushrooms

Dried Horn of Plenty Mushrooms (Trompettes) Horn of Plenty mushrooms, also known as Trompette de la Mort and Black Chanterelle, are wild, seasonal mushrooms that have a very rich, nutty flavour and parmesan-like aroma. Stir into risotto, blitz and spread on toast or serve with fish or beef. To use, rehydrate in freshly boiled water for 15 minutes.
