We make our special Chardonnay from grapes sourced from a neighboring vineyard in El Dorado. Our "Chablis style" Chardonnay is a zesty white with a lighter body, crisp acidity and citrus finish. Aromas of apple, pear and tropical fruit flavors. Perfect for such foods as chicken, fresh salads, grilled fish and a lighter pasta dish. 13.8% alcohol. 96 cases produced.
