Bite & Hold (30s) 1 Heat: Submerge the mouthguard in hot water (70°C - 80°C) for 10 to 15 seconds. Do not exceed 20 seconds to avoid damaging the material. 2 Prep: Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water using a spoon and let it cool for 3 to 5 seconds so it is safe to touch. 3 Mold: Place the guard over your teeth.
