Storage on Arrival To enjoy your pastries at their very best, please choose one of the following: Keep at room temperature in the sealed bag for up to 48 hours, then bake Freeze for up to 3 months and bake at your convenience Before Baking From frozen Remove from the freezer, take the pastries out of the bag, and allow to thaw fully to room temperature. From ambient Simply remove from the sealed bag — they’re ready to go. At room temperature, these products are perfectly enjoyable as they are. For an extra-special bakery-fresh experience, we recommend warming them. Warming & Baking Instructions Preheat your oven 160°C / 350°F (fan-assisted) 180°C / 350°F (non-fan) Gas mark 4 Place the room-temperature bread or pastries on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake on the middle shelf for approximately 6 minutes, until warm throughout and soft to the touch.
