Hi, I’m Dani – Certified Sex & Relationship Coach (Somatica®) and Sexologist (ABS) with a background of extensive training in sexual wellbeing, relationship dynamics, and the psychology of intimacy. I’m in Berkshire County, MA, and work with both individuals and couples. Most people are more patterned than they realize – and yes, that includes you. The way you attach, who you’re drawn to, how you communicate, how your nervous system responds, and even what you desire sexually are often shaped by early experiences, emotional scars, and generational conditioning. These patterns influence how we show up not only in our relationships, but with ourselves. They shape how we give love and receive love, the way we seek closeness or create distance. They shape the way we express or withhold our needs – including in the bedroom. And at the core, they quietly whisper the question so many of us carry “Can I really be loved as I am”? My work is about helping you slow things down enough to see what’s happening underneath all of this. So, no we don’t just talk about communication and cuddles. Together we’ll strip away the scripts, unpack the fears, and recognize that it’s not just about our own learned behaviors, but also about those we care abouts too. Together we’ll create a space to explore desires without shame, name the things you’ve been afraid to say out loud, set goals to work towards, and build the type of intimacy most people crave but are too afraid to ask for. This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding yourself deeply enough that you can finally decide what’s working for you, what isn’t, and what you’re ready to embrace.
