The May 2026 Flavor of the Month Cupcake: The Earl Grey, Lavender & Honey

Our Flavor of the month as a cupcake features our classic butter cake, baked with Earl Grey tea infused milk, boldly soaked with Earl Grey syrup (made in-house, of course). It pairs beautifully with a delicately scented lavender pastry cream filling, and frosted with buttercream scented and flavoured with local honey. It’s surprisingly familiar, with hints of botanicals and sweet warmth. Try it before it’s gone.
