The Torracane is a fan-driven, air-cooled condenser with an integrated fan that pulls 800 CFM through the custom dual-channel stainless steel coil and aluminum dissipation fin assembly, operating efficiently even in elevated-temperature environments. The impressive engineered efficiency of the Torracane not only frees users from dealing with ice for cooling but also increases production speed and reduces processing temperatures. Transfer Tubing 3/8" ID tubing: LVL to condenser. 1/4" ID tubing: Condenser to RVL. !! tubing has 125F temp limit under vacuum. If run too hot, it will collapse and replacement tubing will be necessary. IMPORTANT NOTE: For the base set to run it requires an appropriate heat source and vacuum source. DO NOT use without understanding what heat and vacuum sources are appropriate.
