Origin 08. Boquete, Panama. The Janson family farm. Green Tip Gesha. Anaerobic natural. Grown at 1,300 to 1,800 metres in the cloud forest. Roasted light. Mandarin at the front. Lemongrass through the middle. Lavender, long, into the finish. A cup that holds its shape from first sip to third. This is the reference Gesha. The benchmark against which every other Gesha is measured. Most specialty roasters spend years trying to approximate this. The Janson lot is the original.
