2-in-1 Triangle Scarf Pattern
This is not a physical product! It is a digital download of the pattern that will be emailed to you to make your own triangle scarf :) This scarf is meant to be a beginner friendly pattern for the new knitter who is ready to learn some new skills. Or for the seasoned knitter who doesn’t want to think about construction and wants a pattern that offers multiple finished objects. This pattern includes 2 different versions of the classic triangle scarf and is designed to be knit in any weight of yarn, however, we recommend using fingering to aran weight yarn - nowhere below or beyond that. VERSIONS Ver. 01 is written in garter stitch with two rows of stripes. Ver. 02 is written in solid stockinette. MEASUREMENTS Since this pattern is meant to be written for all weights of yarn, we have not included specific measurements. However, we recommend trying on your scarf repeatedly throughout the increasing process to determine your desired length and width. GAUGE Again, since this is designed to be knit at any gauge there is no suggested gauge for this. Though we do suggest knitting a swatch in the stitch pattern of the version you plan to make to determine your ideal drape for the finished project. MATERIALS This pattern is designed to use any weight and composition of yarn. However, we recommend using fingering to aran weight yarn - nowhere below or beyond that. For our ver. 01 of this scarf we used a 3.25 mm needle and 51g / 244.8 yards for color 2 (Beige Heather) & 53g / 254.4 for color 1 (DarkNavy) of Sandnes Garn Cashmere. For ver. 02 of this scarf we used a 4mm needle and 110g / 259.6 yards of The Fibre Co.’s Cumbria in the color Applyby Castle.
