2026 Masterclass : Boomerang and Throwstick Technology: Feral Science Sunday 1300

Boomerang and Throw-stick technoology: This masterclass will introduce a broad outline for the development of throw-stick technology, its evolution, distribution and uses. We will cover aspects of their shape, including wing profiles, illustrating this using designs from many parts of the world. We will then move to open space for an opportunity to throw both returning and straight-flying throw-sticks before carving, tuning and throwing your own boomerang. Sunday 17th August 1pm
