World Cup Socks – Lamine Yamal (Red)

I always wanted a pair of trainer socks that actually did the job. I wanted them to be lower than a normal pair of socks so that you didn’t get that weird ‘elephant trunk / 1800s school boy’ look when wearing them with trainers and equally I don’t really like those invisible socks that many people tend to wear now. So I designed my own trainer sock with a little bit of cuff and a whole load of comfort. These socks come in six lovely colours to match all trainers and shorts, with some of the colourways inspired by the upcoming summer football tournament. Looking at these socks, I always think how great Spain look in their shirts. Slightly menacing, but ultimately super cool. Spain also reminds me of my dad picking them for every World Cup and Euros that I can remember and then the one time he didn’t they won the World Cup. Anyway, red with yellow and navy blue to make your ankles look menacing and cool. These are made for us in Leicester by Iain and his amazing team. We have been working with them for over ten years now, which is a bit crazy, there is even a short film below about them making these socks for us.
