Untamed Strength Time Crunch Workouts
4 upper body 20 minute workouts, 4 lower body 20 minute workouts. 4 upper body 30 minute workouts, 4 lower body 30 minute workouts. Barbell, DB, and bodyweight workouts. These 16 workouts were designed to be time efficient and brutally effective. Prescribing sets, reps, rest periods, and time caps removes all the guess work and gives the lifter no choice but to shut off his/her mind and work. I have personally peformed these workouts during newborn phases, summer break from school, during “overscheduled” weeks, in between clients on lunch break, and while traveling. Keepingthese workouts in my back pocket has been crucial in helping me maintain strength and fitness. Pick and choose workouts whenever you’d like. These workouts were designed to be performed in stride with your day, no preparation necessary.
