Though it’s the smallest washing station operated by brothers Gaudam and Carthick Anbalagan, it sits at some of the highest elevations in Rwanda, surrounded by volcanic soil, dense fog, waterfalls, and the mountains famous for their gorilla habitats. Working with nearly 1,900 smallholder farmers, Shyira’s high altitude and cool climate create ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation and vibrant acidity. This anaerobic washed Bourbon delivers a creamy, fruit forward cup layered with ripe red fruit and bright citrus character. Coffee Of The Moment features a new microlot coffee with a unique story.
