Mancini Rigatoni Pasta
One of our favorite dry pastas, made in Italy and absolutely delicious. Produced from durum wheat cultivated directly by the company. Semolina and water are the only ingredients. After harvest at the beginning of summer, the producer preserves the wheat using a cold-storage technique, then shapes the pasta using circular bronze dies and drying it at low temperatures.
