ABOUT PROPOLIS ESSENCE WITH FOREST HONEY, an intense and complex elixir, naturally abundant in antioxidants, bioactive compounds, and minerals, designed to preserve the very essence and polyphenol richness of propolis exactly as it exists within the beehive itself. Harvested in Transylvania, from our own apiaries only. Free from alcohol, propylene glycol, glycerine, colourings and any other additives and preservatives DIRECTIONS Ensure you are well hydrated before taking any RAW bee product due to their high potency. If new to raw propolis start with one to two drops and gradually increase your dose. It could be taken on its own or diluted in a little water. Shake well before each use.
