NO ADDED CHEMICALS OR PRESERVATIVES. KEEP IT FROZEN AT-18°C OR BELOW. DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE DEFROSTED. COOKING DIRECTIONS : DEEP FRYING METHOD : Thaw the required frozen product outside the packet until ice crystals disappear. Preheat oil (Max Temperature 170°C) and deep fry for about 3 minutes until light golden brown. Remove from the pan immediately and drain excess oil. Serve hot with favorite sauce. SHALLOW FRYING METHOD : Heat on both sides on a greased frying pan, and fry both sides till golden brown. Reduce the cooking time when cooking smaller portions.
