What is blue tansy oil? Blue Tansy (Tanacetum Annuum) Flower Oil is a rare, indigo blue essential oil that is steam distilled from a bright yellow Mediterranean flower. It's often used in high end skincare for its soothing, anti-inflammatory properties. Also known as "Moroccan Blue Chamomile", it's vibrant color comes from chamazulene, which soothes irritated skin, reduces redness, and even has antihistamine properties. We’ve added Blue Tansy oil to our signature candle line because of its herbaceous, complex properties. Notes of chamomile with a touch of frankincense will give your home an old world, apothecary aroma.
