Seat wheel in two sizes by R.Hess No.2

The seat wheel is used for the decoration of the upper heel edge. In the picture you can see the marks. For refined shoemaking it is a very nice way to give the shoe a perfect finish. The tool comes with a wide and a narrow wheel. The wide wheel has a width of 2,0 mm and the narrow wheel has a width of 1,5 mm.
