The flavour may have a stronger 'beef' flavour and the texture might be firmer/chewier compared other steaks. To get the best out of this ribeye defrost it slowly in your fridge for a day or overnight and then marinate it for 4 hours at room temperature in olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and a slice of mashed up kiwi fruit, this will soften the meat considerably. Grill it over really high heat for 2 minutes per side and rest for 10 minutes before slicing into thinnish slices before serving.
