She is now based in Caulfield North, Melbourne, where she balances her career as a French teacher with her flourishing artistic practice. Jessica has always nurtured her creative side through dance, poetry, and the study of languages. In 2022, she turned to painting as a form of self-expression and a way to carve out calm amidst her busy schedule. Self-taught, she approaches each canvas as an exploration of memory and mood. Her works are inspired by the skies of both Australia and France, recollections of travel, and the intimacy of still-life moments.
