A quick and easy to use rolling pin designed to cut a lattice in a sheet of pastry for a beautiful, decorative pie crust. The rolling pin has two wooden handles and twenty tough plastic blades. Once the pastry is cut by the rolling pin, gently tease the pastry by pulling gently to open up the cuts and see the lattice effect. Choose between a zigzag edge or straight edge lattice effect.
