New (VERY) Old Stock Dominion Twist Drill Walkerville On No. 109 13/32" Bit Stock Drill ( for brace and bit ). Rare new old stock Dominion Twist Drill made in Walkerville, Ontario . Dominion Twist began production in Walkerville in 1910 and continued until the 1970s when they moved to Smiths Falls, ON. These bits are definitely pre-1970 and likely much earlier. I would guess they are 1930s-1940s. Dominion was one of the key suppliers of cutting tools to the manufacturing sector during both the first and second World War when imports were severely restricted.
